经皮肾镜取石术与开放手术治疗肾结石的临床疗效对比研究

目的：分析比较经皮肾镜取石术与开放手术治疗肾结石的临床疗效和安全性。方法：收集40例采用经皮肾镜手术治疗肾结石患者（观察组）和32例开放手术治疗的患者（对照组），比较两组患者手术基本情况、临床治疗效果和并发症。结果：观察组患者手术时间、下地活动时间和肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〈O．05）。观察组患者术后住院时间明显短于对照组，肾积水好转率高于对照组，二者差异存在统计学意义（P〈O．05）；二者一期碎石成功率差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。观察组患者并发症发生率为10．00％，对照组患者并发症发生率为31．25％，二者差异存在统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：经皮肾镜手术治疗肾结石，手术时间短、出血量少、创伤小、恢复快和并发症发生率低等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Comparative Study of the Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy and Open Operation on Kidney Stone

Objective： To analyze and compare the safety and clinical therapeutic effects of percutane- ous nephrolithotomy and open operation in＇treatment of kidney stone. Method： 40 kidney stone patients treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy（ observation group ） and 32 kidney stone patients treated with open operations （control group ） were collected, and the basic conditions, clinical treatment effectiveness and complications of the operations were compared between the two groups. Result： The operative time, ambulation time and intestinal function recovery time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, intraoperative hemorrhage volume the differences were statistically significant I the two groups had no statistical significance of the observation group was less than that of control group, and P〈O. 05 ） ; the difference in stone-free rate at stage 1 between I P〉O. 05 }. Conclusion： Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of kidney stone has advantages, such as shorter operative time, less hemorrhage volume, less invasion, rapid recovery and low complication incidence, and are worthy of clinical generalization and application.
