多指离断再植的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨多指离断再植的临床方法,观察治疗效果。方法:选取我院自2008年5月至2012年3月收治的83例196指多断指离断患者作为研究对象,采取多指离断再植术进行断指再植,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均实施多指同步再植,结果本组83例196指多断指离断患者手术成功80例184指,就诊时间过长断指失活导致再植失败3例12指,再植成功率为93.9%(184/196)。术后3—5周平均4.2周进行手指部功能锻炼,随访6—18个月,所有患者断指愈合良好,皮肤感觉恢复正常,无屈伸功能异常者。结论:多指离断再植时就诊时间十分重要,采取多指同步再植可以提高再植成活率,但要求技术水平较高,可根据实际情况选择使用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of multiple digital replantation. Method: 83 pa tients with 196 multiple amputated fingers treated in our hospital from May 2008 to March 2012 were selected as the research objects, and received the multiple digital replantation. And then observed the treatment effect. Result: All the patients were given multiple synchronous replantation, and 80 patients with 184 fin gers were successful among 83 patients with multiple digital replantation. The clinical time was so long that 3 patients with 12 fingers failed to replant. The success rate of replantation was 93.9% { 184/196 }. The pa tients exercised the finger function about 4.2 weeks after operation and were followed up for 618months. Amputated fingers of all the patients healed well, cutaneous sensation got back to normal and there was no patients with stretch dysfunction. Conclusion: The clinical time of multiple digital replantation is very im portant. Applying multiple synchronous replantation can improve the survival rate of replantation, but it needs higher technical level, which can be selected and used according to the practical situation.
