颅底肿瘤的显微外科治疗

目的：为了进一步探讨用显微外科治疗的方法治疗颅底肿瘤的·临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2007年2月至2012年2月期间进入我院治疗的颅底肿瘤患者55例的病例资料,所有患者用显微外科方法进行治疗,讨论了对颅底肿瘤的确诊方法和治疗方法,治疗后统计患者的手术入路选择和术后并发症情况,最后根据颅神经功能损伤的恢复情况计算治疗有效率,以此评价显微外科治疗颅底肿瘤的临床疗效。结果：55例患者中,术后颅内水肿者1例,皮下积液者3例,脑水肿者2例,脑积水2例,颅神经功能恢复者28例,症状明显改善者17例,失败10例,总有效率（症状恢复者和改善者均计为有效）为81．8％。结论：显微外科治疗的方法治疗颅底肿瘤具有满意的临床疗效。

Microsurgical Treatment for Base Skull Tumors

Objective： In order to further explore clinical curative effect using microsurgical treatment method to treat the skull base tumor. Method： A retrospective analysed data of 55 cases who were treated from 2007.2- 2012.5 in our hospital, all patients undernent microsurgical treatment, and discussed the diagnosis treatment, after treatment in patients with statistical approaches selection and the postoperative complications, according to the cranial nerve function injury recovery treatment efficient calculation, so as to evaluate microsurgical treatment of skull base tumor clinical curative effect. Result： 55 cases of patients, postoperative intracranial edema with one example, subcutaneous effusion in 3 cases, the cerebral edema in 2 cases, 2 cases of hydrocephalus, cranial nerve function recuperator in 28 cases, symptoms improved in 17 cases, 10 cases failed, with the total effective rate （symptoms recuperator and improve the person all meter for effective） of 81.8%. Conclusion： Microsurgical treatment for the skull base tumor has satisfactory clinical curative effect.
