枳实对血瘀模型大鼠血栓前状态的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究枳实对血瘀模型大鼠血栓前状态的影响 ,以探讨枳实活血化瘀作用的机理。方法 :用副肾素法制作血瘀大鼠模型 ,通过枳实灌胃观察其对血瘀大鼠血小板聚集、红细胞聚集、血浆 P-选择素 (CD6 2 p)、血管性血友病因子 (v WF)、 D-二聚体 (D- Dm )、凝血因子 I(Fg)的影响。结果 :枳实对健康大鼠及血瘀模型大鼠均具有明显的抗血小板聚集及抑制红细胞聚集的作用 ,其作用优于阿司匹林 ,并呈明显的量效关系 ;阿司匹林、丹参、枳实对大鼠血浆 CD6 2 p、 v WF、 D- Dm、 Fg水平均未见影响。结论 :枳实具有活血化瘀的作用 ,其机制可能是通过对血小板聚集、红细胞聚集的抑制作用达到的 ,枳实有望作为一种有效的血小板聚集抑制剂应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effects of Immature Bitter Orange on the risk factors of prethrombotic state in rats Methods:Model rats of blood stasis caused by adrenalin were used to be gastrogavage with Immature Bitter Orange to investigate the effect on platelet aggregation,RBC aggregation,P selection,P selection CD 62p (CD 62p ),von Willebrand factor(vWF),D Dimer(D Dm)and fibrionogen(Fg) Results:There were obvious effects of Immature Bitter Orange on platelet aggregation and RBC aggregation in both healthy rats and model rats of blood stasis,which was prior to aspirin and had a dose effect relationship The effects of Immature Bitter Orange and other two medicine on CD 62p ,vWF,D Dm and Fg was not found in this study Conclusion:Immature Bitter Orange can promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis by the way of inhabiting platilet aggregation and RBC aggregation
