两种梅毒血清试验方法的效果评价

目的：探讨梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）和梅毒血浆反应素快速试验（RPR）检测梅毒的特异性和敏感性.方法：对3681例待检者、113例梅毒患者、100例正常人进行RPR与TPPA联合检测和分析.结果：3681例待检者中,共检测出RPR阳性66例,阳性率为1.79%,TPPA阳性79例,阳性率为2.15%.113例梅毒患者中,共检测出RPR阳性86例,阳性率为76.1%,TPPA阳性113例,阳性率为100%.100例健康体检者RPR和TPPA结果均为阴性.结论：TPPA和RPR都是快速有效的梅毒检测方法,但确诊必须结合病史、临床表现和实验室检测综合分析.

The results evaluation of two kinds of syphilis test

Objective：To analyse the specificity and sensibility of treponema pallidum antibody particles agglutinate test （TPPA） and rapid plasma reagin circle card test（RPR） in detection of syphilis. Methods：3681 eases of non - syphilis, l 13 eases of syphilis and 100 eases of normal person were performed RPR and TPPA joint test and analysis. Results ：Among 3681 eases of non - syphilis patients,66 eases were deteeted in RPR positive（ 1. 79% ） ,79 cases were detected in TPPA positive（2.15% ）. Among 113 eases of syphilis,86 cases were detected in RPR positive（76.1% ）, 113 eases were detected in TPPA positive （ 100% ）. The positive rates of RPR and TPPA of 100 eases of healthy volunteers all were 0.0%. Concluslon：Both of TP- PA and RPR are fast and efficient ways on syphilis diagnosis, but a definite diagnosis must be made based on the comprehensive analysis of medical history, clinical manifestation and laboratory test.
