1420例体检者脂肪肝与高血脂、高血压、高血糖的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨脂肪肝与高血脂、高血压、高血糖的关系.方法 选择2013年1月~2014年1月在解放军总医院体检中心进行体检的1420例体检者作为观察对象,其中211例发生脂肪肝作为脂肪肝组,其余1209例为非脂肪肝组,比较两组的高血压、高血脂、高血糖发生率,同时比较两组的FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C LDL-C、SBP、DBP、BMI水平.结果 1420例体检者中出现脂肪肝211例,占14.86%,其中,男170例,发病率达16.63%,女41例,发病率达10.30%,男性脂肪肝的发病率显著高于女性(x2=-13.478,P<0.05),其中,男性30~<40岁以及40~<50岁脂肪肝发病率达20.00%、20.14%,显著高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);女性40~<50岁、50~60岁脂肪肝发病率达12.67%、11.58%,显著高于其他年龄段(P<0.05).脂肪肝组患者高血压、高血糖、高血脂发生率明显高于非脂肪肝组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).脂肪肝组患者的FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C、SBP、DBP、BMI水平均显著高于非脂肪肝组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但脂肪肝组患者的HDL-C均显著低于非脂肪肝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脂肪肝与高血脂、高血压、高血糖关系密切,临床应结合上述指标进行综合分析,从而为制订综合防治措施提供指导依据.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between fatty liver and hypertension, hypedipidemia, hyper- glycemia. Methods 1420 cases for medical examination from January 2013 to January 2014 in Physical Examination Center of General Hospital of PLA were selected as objects, of whom 211 cases of fatty liver were taken as fatty liver group, and the remaining 1209 cases of Patients were taken as non-:fatty liver group. The prevalence of hypertension, hypedipidemia, hyperglycemia were compared. While FBG, TC, TG, HDL-C LDL-C, SBP, DBP, BMI levels were com- pared between the two groups. Results Among 1420 volunteers, 211 cases suffered with fatty liver, accounted for 14.86%. 170 cases of male, the prevalence rate was 16.63%, 41 cases of female, the prevalence rate was 10.30%; the prevalence of fatty liver in males was significantly higher than female (X2=13.478, P 〈 0.05). Prevalence rates of fatty liver in males aged 30-〈40 and 40-〈50 were 20.00%, 20.14% retrospectively, significantly higher than other age groups (P 〈 0.05); which in female aged 40-〈50, 50-60 were 12.67% and 11.58% retrospectively, significantly higher than other age groups (P 〈 0.05). Incidence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia in fatty liver group were significantly higher than thenon- fatty liver group, the differences were statistically significant between two groups (P 〈 0.05). The FBG, TC, TG, LDL-C, SBP, DBP, BMI levels in fatty liver group were significantly higher than the non-fat- ty liver group, but the HDL-C level in the fatty liver group was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Fatty liver has close relationship with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia. These indicators should be combined analyzed in clinic, thus providing basis for guiding the development of integrated control measures.
