摘    要:目的:黄酮醋酸类化合中间体合成方法的研究。方法:通过酰基化、Fries重排、氯甲基化、氰化、缩合,氧化等六步反应完成合成。结果:采用新方法合成了未见文献报道的新化合物6-甲基-8-氰甲基黄酮。结论:该方法为合成新的黄酮醋酸类合物的方法。并且具有反应时间短、操作简便、收率好等优点。

Abstract:Objective: To study the synthetic methods of the intermediate products of the substituted flavone-8-acetic acids. Methods: The synthesis was finished by using a new six-step method including acylation, Fries rearrangement reaction, chloromethylating, cyanating, condensation reaction, and oxidization. Result: A new compound , 6-methyl-8-cyanmethylflavone was synthesized ,which has not been reported yet. Conclusions: As compared with other synthetic methods of flavones, this method is charactered of the reaction time short, the operation process simple and the yield good.
