穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆疗效观察

目的:探讨穴位注射维生素B1、维生素B12 治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:采用维生素B1加维生素B12 内关穴位注射(Ⅰ组)、肌肉注射加电针(Ⅱ组)和单纯电针(Ⅲ组)共3种方法,治疗顽固性呃逆共76例。结果:Ⅰ组治愈率86 .96 % ,Ⅱ组治愈率5 7.90 % ,Ⅲ组治愈率5 8.82 %。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组或Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组相比差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组相比无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;在合并恶性肿瘤患者中,Ⅰ组治愈率90 .90 % ,Ⅱ组治愈率2 5 .0 0 % ,Ⅲ组治愈率为2 8.5 0 %。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组或Ⅰ、Ⅲ组相比差异有非常显著性(P <0 .0 1)。结论:内关穴位注射维生素B1加维生素B12 对顽固性呃逆有明显的临床疗效,尤其是合并恶性肿瘤病患者。

Clinical Observation on Stubborn Hiccup Treated by Acupoint inJection

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of VitB 1 and VitB 12 on stubborn hiccup.Methods 76 cases of the disease were divided into 3 groups. The group Iwere treated with acupoint injection of VitB 1 and VitB 12 with the pole “Neiguan” (“PC6”), the group Ⅱ were treated with intramuscular injection of VitB1 and VitB12 combined with electroacupuncture, the group Ⅲ were treated with electroacupuncture.Results The cured rat was 86.96 % in the group Ⅰ, and 57.90 % in the group Ⅱ,and 58.82 % in the group Ⅲ.There was a significant difference between the group Ⅰ and the other two groups (P<0.05), there was no difference between the group Ⅱ and the group Ⅲ (P>0.05); In the patients with cancer, the cured rat was 90.90 % in the group Ⅰ, and 25.00 % in the group Ⅱ,and 28.50 % in the group Ⅲ.There was a very significant difference between the group Ⅰ and the other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The acupoint-injection of VitB 1 and VitB 12 with the pole “Neiguan”(“PC6”) has a notable therapeutic effect on stubborn hiccup, expecially on the patients with cancer.
