| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是多种代谢性疾病共同的病理生理基础,其确切发病机制目前尚无定论。近年来脂肪细胞内分泌功能和炎症反应参与IR的发病机制及胰岛素增敏剂的研究成为新的研究热点。中医药对胰岛素抵抗的病机及治疗也进行了探索,为中西医结合防治胰岛素抵抗奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Insulin resistance is the common pathophysiologic basis of multiple metabolic diseases, but the exact mechanism of insulin resistance is still unclear presently. In the past few years, studies on the pathogenesis of insulin resistance, in which the endocrine function of adipocyte and inflammation reaction participate, as well as the insulin-sensitizing drugs have become the new hotspot. The exploration on pathogenesis and treatment of insulin resistance in traditional Chinese medicine has established a foundation for the prevention and treatment of insulin resistance in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. |
