CE化疗与选择性支气管动脉灌注MFP治疗非小细胞肺癌

目的：观察选择性经支气管动脉灌注ＭＦＰ和全身外周静脉给予ＣＥ化疗交替治疗非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）的疗效。方法：３４例ＮＳＣＬＣ患者第１、３周期用ＣＥ方案，第２、４周期用ＭＦＰ，其行９１周期化疗，每例均完成２周期以上化疗。并与同期仅作全身ＣＥ化疗的３４例ＮＳＣＬＣ患者进行对照。结果：观察组完全缓解（ＣＲ）４例（１１．８％），部分缓解（ＰＲ）１８例（５２．９％），总有效率为６４．７％，均明显高于对照

OBSERVATIONON THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF ALTERNATIVE BRONCHUS ARTERIO-PERFUSION MFP AND CE GENERALCHEMOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH NSCLC

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of alternative use of selective transarterial infusion of MFP and systemic peripheral venous instillation of CE chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancers(NSCLC).Methods 34 cases of NSCLC received CE chemotherapy in the 1st and 3rd cycles and MFP arterial infusion in the 2nd and 4th cycles. Altogather 91 cycles were used and each case received 2 cycles at least. During the same period of time, 34 cases of NSCLC received CE chemotherapy alone were used as control group.Results In the treatment group, 4 cases (11.8%) of complete response (CR) and 18 cases (52.9%) of partial respone (PR) and both were much higher than those in control group ( P <0 01). Bone marrow depression, gastro-intestinal reactions, alopecia,low grade fever and headache were the main side effects.Conclusion The alternative use of intra-arterial MFP and systemic CE chemotherapy in treating NSCLC has a higher therapeutic effect and the side reactions were tolerable.
