| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效的相关因素。方法：对34例胫骨平台骨折行开放复位,单侧或双侧钢板内固定手术治疗,恢复胫骨平台解剖,坚强内固定,植骨及早期功能锻炼。结果：术后随访4-36个月,平均15个月。参照Rasmussen评分标准评定,优21例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率85.3%。结论：胫骨平台骨折掌握合适的手术时机,方法和早期的功能锻炼可获得较满意的手术效果。
