腹膜后、大网膜血管外皮瘤CT表现——附2例报告及文献复习

目的提高对血管外皮瘤（hemangiopericytoma H-pc）CT表现的认识。方法2例患者,均为男性,在体检中发现腹腔肿物。均行CT检查经手术治疗病理证实,并作文献复习。结果2例H-pc的CT平扫表现为软组织肿块,增强扫描CT肿块实质显著强化,在动态增强扫描中,肿块可见门静脉期与延迟期强化。结论CT能明确显示H-pc,其CT表现有一定的特征,对早期发现和诊断该病具有重要的临床意义。

Spiral CT imaging of hemangioperiytoma(a report of 2 cases and review of the literature)

Objective To enhance the understanding of Spiral CT in hemangiopericytoma pc cases were confirmed by abdominis surgery. CT features of traumatic hemangiopericytoma in 2 cases retrospectively analyzed. Results The 2 H-pc cases manifested as solitoyy massive tumors. On plain CT scons, the tumors were heterngacous,well sharply circum scyibed on contrast-enhaned. In dynamic contrast enhancented CT, the tumors presented contrast intensification in portal and delay phase. Conclusion Spiral CT can show the hemangiopericytoma, it＇ s CT imaging have characteristic findings, to early detection and diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma has important role.
