螺旋CT诊断胆脂瘤型中耳炎的价值

目的探讨螺旋CT对胆脂瘤型中耳炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析24例经手术及病理证实的中耳胆脂瘤的CT表现。结果该组病例中，胆脂瘤型中耳炎的CT主要表现有：中耳类腔内软组织密度瘤影；骨质破坏；中耳窦腔骨缘硬化；听小骨链破坏、移位。结论螺旋CT表现反映了胆脂瘸型中耳炎的藕理特点，又能为手术提供有益而详细的解剖资料，因此对胆脂瘤型中耳炎有很高的诊断价值。

The Value of Spiral CT in Diagnosing the Otitis Media with cholesteatoma

Objective To approach the value of spiral CT in diagnosing the Otitis Media with cholesteatoma. Methods Clinical and spiral CT manifestation of 24 cases of the otitis media with cholesteatoma were analyzed retrospectively.ALL cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results Among these cases,the main CT features of the Otitis Media with cholesteatoma included：soft tissue density tumor shadows in the tympanic sinus and cavity;bone destruction;sclerosis of the bone borders of tympanic sinus and cavity;destruction and shifting of the auditory ossicle chain. Conclusion CT features mirrors pathologic characterization and can also offer detailed anatomical informa -tion,which is helpful for the surgery, so spiral CT is very valuable in diagnosing otitis media with cholesteatoma.
