| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF-α)在肾病综合征中的作用。方法 :采用液相竞争法测定了 2 0例肾病综合征患儿血清 TNF- α水平明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :TNF- α水平的增高与肾病综合征的发病有密切关系 ,可能是造成肾病综合征组织损伤的主要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role the tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in children’s nephrotic syndrome. Methods The content of TNF-α in serum were measured using liquid competition in of TNF-α nephrotic syndrome.18 healthy ch ildren were served as the control. Results The content of TNF-α nephrotic syndr ome was significant higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Co nclusion: The increase in quantity of TNF-α has an important role in pathogenesis of nephrot i c syndrome. TNF-α may be one of the main factors in the tissue damage of nephr otic syndrome. |
