摘    要:制备了顺铂纳米炭混悬剂并对其吸附特征和体外释药性质进行了考察.结果表明纳米炭对顺铂的吸附力强,该制剂体外释药0~10h符合零级释药模型,10~24h以一级模型释药.

Abstract:The cisplatin adsorbed nano-carbon suspension was prepared. Its character of adsorption and the drugrelease in vitro was studied. The results showed that nano-carbon had a strong adsorption of cisplatin. The drug releasepattern from 0 - 10h and 10 - 24h were in accord with the zero kinetics and the first kinetics, respectively.
