64层螺旋CT对先天性心脏病心内结构异常的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT(64-MSCT)成像技术在先天性心脏病(CHD)心内结构异常的应用价值。资料与方法对经手术证实的23例CHD患者资料进行回顾性分析,按5分评分法分析术前心脏CT图像质量,比较CT与超声心动图(ECHO)及手术结果。结果(1)>6岁年龄组的CT图像质量优于≤6岁年龄组。(2)23例CHD心内结构异常共62处,MSCT、ECHO及两者联合诊断正确率分别为90.82%、95.28%及98.38%,两两比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(3)多平面重组(MPR)多方位成像是诊断心内结构异常的主要技术。结论了解64-MSCT对CHD成像质量的影响因素,有利于提高对CHD心内结构异常的诊断准确率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of 64 slice spiral computed tomography in diagnosing intracardiae structural abnomalities of congenital heart disease (CHD).Materials and Methods 23 patients with congenital heart disease proved by surgery were reviewed.Five level scoring method was used to evaluate the image quality.According to the results of surgical findings,preoperation MSCTA data were compared with US.Results ( 1 ) The cardiac image quality in the group of > 6 years old is better than that of ≤6 years old.(2)62 abnomalities were found in 23 patients with CHD.The accuracy of MSCTA,US and combination of these two mothods were 90.82% ,95.28% and 98.38% respectively.The accuracy had no significant difference between the two mothods( P > 0.05 ).( 3 ) MPR is a major diagnostic,method for the intracardiac structural abnomalities.Conclusion MSCTA is an effective method in diagnosing intraeardiac structural ab-nomalities of CHD.It is important to learn the influence factors for improving image quality and diagnose accuracy.
