摘    要:目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和微血管密度 (MVD)计数在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法SP法 ,检测 70例宫颈鳞状细胞癌中VEGF的表达和MVD计数。结果 宫颈鳞状细胞癌中VEGF阳性率为 75 .7% ,MVD计数平均为 5 3.2 5± 12 .82。VEGF表达和MVD计数与临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF表达与MVD呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF与宫颈癌血管生成密切相关 ,检测肿瘤中VEGF和MVD有助于了解宫颈癌的生物学特性 ,为患者提供预后信息

Abstract:Objective\ To study the expression and the clinical signficance of VEGF and MVD in cervical squamous cell carcinoma . Methods\ The immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in 70 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas . Results\ The positive rates of VEGF was 75.7%; the mean microvessel density was 53.25±12.82. The expression of VEGF and MVD was related to clinical stage、differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and MVD(P<0.05)。 Conclusion\ There is a close relationship between VEGF and tumor angiogenesis. Evaluating VEGF and MVD in tumor can help to reveal the biological behavior of cervical carcinoma and provide prognostic information for the patients.
