| 摘 要： | 目的评价早期肠内与肠外联合代谢支持在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)治疗中的合理性和有效性。方法通过肠内与肠外联合代谢支持(PN EN)22例,和完全肠外代谢支持(TPN)25例进行比较,观察并发症、死亡率、平均住院费用及天数的差异。结果肠内与肠外早期联合代谢支持组并发症少,营养状况改善明显,住院费用低、时间短、死亡率低。结论肠内与肠外联合代谢支持既保证了机体营养代谢的需要,又促进了消化道功能恢复,保护肠道粘膜屏障,缩短住院日,降低 SAP 的并发症及死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objectives To estimate the safety and efficacy of early combined use of enteral nutrition(EN)and parenteral nutrition(PN) in severe acute pancreatits(SAP).Methods The comparision of 22 case of patients with SAP received EN and PN and 25 cases of patients with SAP received total parenteral nutrition(TPN)has been conducted in terms of difference in complications, morbidity, average cost and time of hospi talization. Results In EN PN group, there less complications, obvious improvement of nutritional condition, shorter time in hospital stay and lower cost. Conclusions It is safe and efficient to carry out the combined use of EN and PN in SAP patients. |
