| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨脑转移瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析了脑转移瘤 4 2例 ,均行手术治疗。 4 1例术后行全脑放疗 ,其中 13例再加化疗。结果 :术后症状消失或好转 37例 ,无明显变化 4例 ,死亡 1例。随访 36例 ,平均生存期手术加放疗者为 13 6个月、手术加放化疗者为 14 3个月。结论 :手术治疗联合放疗及化疗是治疗脑转移瘤的有效治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features of brain metastatic tumors and the therapeutic method.Methods 42 cases of brain metastatic tumors were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were operated.Radio therapy was applied in 41 cases after operation and chemical therapy was used in 13 of 41 at the same time.Results Symptoms disappeared and was improved in 37 cases.No change happened in 4 cases.One patient died.36 cases were detected after synthetic treatment.Average survival period was 13 6 months in cases treated with radio therapy and 14 3 months in cases treated with radio therapy combined with chemical therapy after operation.Conclusion The treatment of radio therapy,chemical therapy after operation is an effective treatment for the brain metastatic tumors. |
