磁共振弥散加权成像在脑梗死诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在脑梗死诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:对54例脑梗死患者的DWI图像及SE T1WI、FSE T2WI、FLAIR图像进行比较研究分析。结果:DWI对超急性期、急性期脑梗死高度敏感,达100%,对急性出血性脑梗死亦很敏感;对亚急性期脑梗死敏感性性(33%)低于SET1WI、FSE T2WI、FLAIR(100%);FSE T2WI、FLAIR对慢性期脑梗死和脱髓鞘病变敏感性高(100%),DWI对此不敏感。结论:DWI是诊断超急性期、急性期脑梗死最敏感的检查方法之一。结合SE T1WI、FSE F2WI、FLAIR能区分急性期和慢性期脑梗死。

Abstract:Aim:To study the clinical value of MR diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction Methods: The DWI features in 54 patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed and the comparisons with SE T 1WI,FSE T 2WI and FLAIR were made Results:DWI was 100% sensitive to hyper acute and acute cerebral infarction,and was also sensitive to acute hemorrhagic infarction. For subacute cerebral infarction, the sensitivity of DWI was 33%, much lower than these of FSE T 2WI and FLAIR (100%).Conclusion:DWI is one of the most sensitive methods in diagnosing hyper acute and acute cerebral infarction and can differentiate the acute and chronic cerebral infarction when combined with SE T 1WI,FSE T 2WI and FLAIR
