| 摘 要： | 目的 研究静脉滴注硫酸镁与术后PCA镇痛效果间的关系。方法 采用随机、双盲方法将60例择期开胸、开腹手术病人分为两组，分别静脉注射硫酸镁和生理盐水。并对两组间术后VSA分数、术后24小时吗啡用量、清醒状态、循环与呼吸变化进行比较和统计学处理。结果 镁离子组术后24小时吗啡用量明显低于对照组，两组间血液动力学变化无明显差异。结论 在本研究中笔者的观察证实了在行术后PCA时加用硫酸镁可加强PCA镇痛药的效果，减少术后PCA镇痛药用量，同时并没有明显的血液动力学的变化。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to investigate the relationship between infusion of magnesium sulfate and dose of analgesia drug in PCA Methods sixty patients with thoracic or abdominal operation were divided in two groups by random double blind method Mg group was infused with magnesium sulfate and control group was infused with saline The results of VSA score,Dose of morphine in the first 24 hours afteroperation ,level of consciousness and hemodynamic changes were analyzed Results It is a significant decrease using dose of morphine in the first 24 hours afteroperation in Mg group compared with control group The hemodynamic changes between two groups have no significant difference Conclusion This study demonstrates that infusion of magnesium sulfate can reduce the dose of analgesia drug in PCA It is not a significant difference in hemodynamic changes after infusion of magnesium sulfate |
