成人病毒性乙型肝炎疫苗免疫失败的行为危险因素分析

目的分析成人病毒性乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗（HepB）免疫失败的行为危险因素。方法对62名免后乙肝病毒表面抗体（抗-HBs）几何浓度（GMC）10 mIU/ml的免疫失败者与对照组以年龄、性别、职业为配对条件，1∶1对比调查吸烟、饮酒、拔牙和手术史，计算IOR、/I95%可信限和IP/I值。结果免疫失败组吸烟率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（IP/I＜0.05），而饮酒、拔牙和手术史两组间比较差异均无统计学意义。结论吸烟是HepB免疫失败的主要危险因素。

Analysis on behavior factors associated with failure of hepatitis B vaccination among adults

Objective To analyze the behavior factors associated with the failure of hepatitis B vaccination among adults.MethodsA 1∶1 case control study matched by age,gender and occupation was conducted for 62 people whose GMC of anti-NBs〈10 mIU/ml,which included the interview about the histories of smoking,alcohol use,dental surgery and general surgery for both groups,the odds ratio（OR）,95% confidence limit and P value were calculated.ResultsThe cigarette smoking rate was higher in vaccination failure group than in control group,the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）,while the difference on the histories of alcohol use,dental surgery and general surgery had no statistical significance.ConclusionCigarette smoking was the main risk factors for the failure of hepatitis B vaccination.
