大学生的情感变量与心理健康的探讨

目的:研究大学生情感变量与心理健康的关系.方法:选用情感量表、心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90),分层随机抽样,对210名大学生进行调查.结果:差异检验表明男性的负向情感多于女性(t=2.23,P<0.05),快乐感低于女性(t=-1.99,P<0.05),在正向情感上无显著性别差异(t=0.21,P>0.05);大一学生的快乐感和正向情感多于大四学生(t=2.08,2.22,P均<0.05),在负向情感上无显著年级差异(t=-1.76,P>0.05);除精神病性外(t=1.49,P>0.05),快乐感高的被试与快乐感低的被试在心理症状其余各因子上得分有显著差异(t=3.24～6.40,P<0.01).相关分析表明:快乐感、正向情感与多数心理症状因子相关达显著水平(r=0.21～0.59,P<0.05～0.01),负向情感与所有心理症状因子相关达显著水平(r=0.20～0.61,P<0.05～0.01).

Affect Variables and Mental Health in College Students

Objective: To explore the relationship of affect variables and mental health in college students. Methods: 210 college students were tested with an affect questionnaire and SCL-90. Results: Male students had more negative affects and less happiness than female ones. There are no gender differences in positive affects. The freshmen had more happiness and positive affects than senior, but there was no significant difference in negative affects. Those students who had more happiness scored lower in most factors of SCL-90. Bivariate correlation suggested that positive affects and happiness negatively correlated with mostly factors of SCL-90, negative affects positively correlated with all the factors of SCL-90.
