盐酸二甲双胍缓释片的制备

摘    要:目的:考察不同因素对盐酸二甲双胍缓释片体外释放的影响。方法:分别考察HPMC黏度、用量、黏合剂、溶出装置等因素对缓释片释药速率的影响。结果:随着HPMC黏度及用量的增加盐酸二甲双胍缓释片释药减慢,黏合剂种类对释药速率无明显影响,在释放过程中桨法较篮法更容易促进药物释放。结论:通过调节各成分比例,可使盐酸二甲双胍缓释片具有满意的释放效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the factors those influence the release of metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets. Methods: The influences of the amount and viscosity of HPMC, adhesives and dissolution apparatus on the release of metformin hydrochloride were studied. Results: The release rate of metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets decreased as the amount and viscosity of HPMC increased. The adhesives had litlle influence on the release rate of the drug. The influence of adhesives was not obviously. Paddle method is more efffective in increasing the release rate compared with basket method. Conclusion: Satisfied metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets could be obtained by adjusting the factors.
