芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常83例疗效

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常的疗效。方法入选83例慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗心衰西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊4粒,每日3次,疗程8周。对比治疗前后两组患者临床症状、动态心电图、超声心动图等相关指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90.7%(39/43),对照组总有效率70.0%(28/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组室性心律失常总有效率92.3%(24/26),对照组总有效率69.6%(16/23),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组房性心律失常总有效率88.2%(15/17),对照组总有效率70.6%(11/17),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗前后左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、短轴缩短率等指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组LVEF比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药,能有效改善慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的临床症状,改善心功能,减少期前收缩次数,提高生活质量。

Therapeutic effect ofQiliqiangxin capsules on patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsules on the patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia.Methods A total of 83 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-heart failure medicine.The treatment group was also treated with Qiliqiangxincapsules,4granules each time and three times daily.Each patient was treated for eight weeks.Then,the clinical symptoms,dynamic electrocardiogram,the cardiac function and related indexes were compared between those before and after treatment.Results The total response rates were 90.7%（39/43）and 70.0%（28/40）in the treatment group and control group,respectively.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total response rates of ventricular arrhythmia in the treatment group and control group were 92.3%（24/26）and 69.6%（16/23）,respectively,showing statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total response rate of atrial arrhythmia in the treatment group was 88.2%（15/17）,showing no statistical difference from that in the control group,70.6%（11/17）（P 〉0.05）.The enhanced rates of left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDd）,left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESd）and short axis shortening fraction（FS）were different between those before and after the treatment（P〈 0.05）.The LVEF after the treatment also showed significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with conventional medicine could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia.
