摘    要:目的 分析河南省2006—2019年麻疹的空间分布特征,识别高危聚集区,为麻疹防控提供科学建议。方法 基于中国传染病监测信息报告管理系统和麻疹监测信息报告管理系统,采用GeoDa 1.6和ArcGIS 10.7软件对河南省2006—2019年麻疹发病情况进行分析,探索其空间分布规律和高危聚集区。结果 三维趋势分析显示,河南省麻疹发病由南向北逐渐降低,在东西方向呈现明显的“U”分布,且东部略高于西部;全局自相关结果显示,除2019年外,2006—2018年河南省麻疹报告发病率的全局Moran’s I值均为正值,提示麻疹发病呈聚集性分布;局部自相关结果显示,2006—2019年共识别到139个高-高聚集区,主要集中在郑州周边和省际交界县区。结论 2006—2019年河南省麻疹报告发病率存在空间聚集性,省会城市周边和省际交界的县区为今后麻疹防控的重点区域。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of measles in Henan Province from 2006-2019, identify high-risk aggregation areas, and provide scientific suggestions for measles prevention and control. Methods Based on China’s Infectious Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System and Measles Surveillance Information Reporting Management System, GeoDa1.6 and ArcGIS10.7 software were used to analyze the incidence of measles, spatial distribution,and high-risk aggregation areas in Henan Province from 2006 to 2019. Results Three-dimensional trend analysis showed that the incidence of measles in Henan Province gradually declined from southern region to northern region, drawing the “U”shape curve in the east-west direction and slightly higher in the east than in the west. Global spatial autocorrelation results showed that, except for 2019, the Moran’s I values of global incidence of measles in Henan Province from 2006 to 2018 were all positive, suggesting an aggregated distribution. Local autocorrelation results showed that 139 high-risk and high-risk aggregation areas were identified from 2006 to 2019, mainly distributed around Zhengzhou and inter-provincial border counties. Conclusion Spatial aggregation was found in the measles incidence in Henan Province from 2006 to 2019. The counties around the provincial capital city and inter-provincial borders are the key areas for future prevention and control.
