山东省市售蜂蜜中氯霉素和甲硝唑监测及风险评估分析

摘    要:目的 对山东省市采集蜂蜜进行监测,了解蜂蜜中氯霉素和甲硝唑兽药残留情况。方法 采用MCS固相萃取柱进行样品净化,液相色谱串联质谱同时测定蜂蜜中的甲硝唑(MTZ)和氯霉素(CAP)含量,内标法定量。结果 170份样品中,CAP检出率为15.3%,检出范围为N.D.~3.302μg/kg;而MTZ检出率为1.2%,检出范围为N.D.~60.20μg/kg。散装蜂蜜样品的检出率明显高于定型包装样品;枣花蜜的氯霉素检出率最高。结论 山东省市售蜂蜜中存在氯霉素和甲硝唑残留情况,政府和市场监管部门需要增加重视,杜绝抗生素的滥用。

Abstract:?o investigate the residue of veterinary drugs, such as chloramphenicol and metronidazole, in honey which were collected in Shandong province. Methods The samples were purified by MCS solid phase extraction column, and the contents of MTZ and CAP in honey were determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Results Among 170 samples, the CAP detection rate was 15.3% and the detection range was N.D.~3.302μg/kg. The detection rate of MTZ was 1.2%, and the detection range was N.D.~60.20μg/kg. The detection rate of bulk honey samples was significantly higher than that of stereotypical package samples. The detection rate of chloramphenicol in jujube nectar was the highest. Conclusion Chloramphenicol and metronidazole residues are found in honey in Shandong province, and the government and market regulators need to pay more attention to stop the abuse of antibiotics.
