| 摘 要： | 目的研究雷公藤多苷对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因表达的影响,探讨其在治疗类风湿关节炎中的抗血管生成机制。方法建立大鼠CIA模型,造模成功后灌胃给药,动物分为正常组、模型对照组、沙利度胺组(作为阳性对照)、雷公藤多苷组,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测大鼠不同组织(肺、心、肝、肾、滑膜)中VEGF的表达,观察雷公藤多苷对VEGF基因表达的影响。结果雷公藤多苷组、沙利度胺组大鼠各组织中VEGF mRNA均低于模型对照组(P<0.05),与沙利度胺组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷对CIA大鼠VEGF的表达有抑制作用。
