中国艾滋病防控中NGO的成功与瓶颈：理论研究及案例实证分析——以中国“爱之关怀”为例

在艾滋病抗击领域，非政府组织（NGO）的作用是毋庸置疑的，但中国的NGO，不论是在防艾还是其他领域，普遍存在一个发展瓶颈的问题。个中原因，除了法规、政策等大环境因素之外，最重要的是没有找到适宜组织发展的机制和运营模式。通过对中国“爱之关怀”的实证研究，探索其成功模式，试图为国内同类型组织提供一个良性的借鉴。

The Success and Bottleneck of NGOs in Chinese HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control

NGOs definitely play a critical role in Chinese HIV/AIDS prevention and control, while the bottleneck for further development also exists in many NGOs in China in many fields. To trace the reasons, besides external factors as laws, regulations, and policies, more important factors include the lack of proper developing and operational modes. By conducting an empirical research of ＂ Care of Love＂ in China and explores its successful operational mode,this paper tries to provide valuable reference for its counterpart organizations in China.
