| 摘 要： | 质量控制图是实验室最主要的室内质控工具,为了建立简便、高效、准确的HBsAg酶联免疫吸附法检测的室内质控,我室结合质控图（简称L-J图）和＂即刻法＂（Crubbs法）质控的优点,建立了HBsAg的即刻法-质控图法的质控方法。通过室内质控监控实验操作的一致性以及判断结果的有效性,同时了解各批次试剂盒之间的误差（批间误差）,很大程度上提高了HBsAg酶联免疫吸附法检测的灵敏度与准确度,具有较好的可操作性,创建了一套更适合于基层实验室的室内质控方案。
