胸部护板在胸部外伤中的应用

目的观察在以肋骨、胸骨骨折为主的胸部外伤治疗中使用胸部护板的临床效果。方法我院收治的60例以肋骨骨折、胸骨骨折为主的胸外伤患者，按随机数字表法分为护板组和对照组各30例，分别给予胸部护板外固定和传统胸带胸外固定治疗。比较入院后1、12、24、48h视觉疼痛指数（VAS）、肺部并发症、住院费用及住院时间等情况。结果两组患者~AS、肺部并发症、住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），住院费用比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论胸部外伤治疗中胸部护板外固定能明显缓解患者痛苦，其并发症、住院时间较传统方法少，未明显增加住院费用，临床效果显著，值得推广。

Applications of chest orthosis in chest trauma operations

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of application of chest orthosis in chest trauma operations for cases with rib or chest fractures. Methods Sixty cases with rib and/or chest fracture admitted in the 4thPeople＇s Hospital of Siehuan Province from January 2008 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups ,30 cases in each group. The group 1 was treated with chest har- ness external fixation method while the group 2 was treated with chest orthosis external fixture method. The visual analogue pain score （VAS） at 1 h, 12 h ,24 h and 48 h after the admitting into the hospital, the lung complications, hospitalized treatment costs and time of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS and rate of lung complications in the group 2 were better than that in the group 1, and the time of hospital stay in the group 2 was shorter than that in the group 1 （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, no signifi- cant difference in the hospitalized treatment costs was found between the two groups. Conclusion The chest orthosis can significantly relieve the pain in chest trauma treatment with fewer lung complications and shorter hospital stay time than that of the traditional treat- ment, and no obvious increase in the hospitalized treatment costs as well. It has a significant clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion.
