| 摘 要： | 月经是女性性功能特征之一，与内分泌功能密切相关，月经初潮或出现早晚与社会环境，地理气候，生活水平等因素有直接关系，本文对陕西飞机制造公司５０９名女学生和同等年龄的农村女学生３４８名及本公司女青年５１４名，中老年女工５４２名作对照组，用同一调查内容，统一调查表对两种不同的生活社会环境的女学生月经初潮的时间进行调查分析，其目的是为了解两种环境的女学生初潮时间和对经期生理卫生的自我保健认识与保护。

| Abstract: | We researched the female students' menstrual situation, they were sameage, in whom 509 students were in company, 348 were rural students, The comparison group were 514 female young wokers and 542 middle-age and women in SAMC.We analysed the students' first menstruation time, discussing the effect on menstruation of different living situation, so as to know the students' first menstrual timeand their health care in monthly period. |
