| 摘 要： | 目的：本文探讨单纯性肥胖患者的血脂、载脂蛋白、脂蛋白（a）的浓度变化。方法：对55名单纯性肥胖患者和55名健康对照组进行血浆载脂蛋白、脂蛋白（a）及血脂浓度测定并进行比较。结果：单纯性肥胖患者血清甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL-C）、载脂蛋白B（apoB）及脂蛋白（a）[LP（a）]的检测结果均高于健康对照组（P〈0．01）。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）的检测结果低于健康对照组（P〈0．01）。而两组间的apoAI差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：单纯性肥胖患者体内脂质代谢紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objectives;To study the changes of blood lipids and apolipoprotein,lipoprotein (a) in patients with adiposity.Methods;55 patients with adiposity and 55 health cases (control group) were detected and compared in blood lipids,apolipoprotein and lipoprotein (a).Results;The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,VLDL-C,apoB and lipoprotein (a) in the patients with adiposity were higher than those of the normal control (P<0.01).The level of HDL-C in these patients was lower than those of the normal control (P<0.01).The difference in apoAI is not significant between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion;There was an obvious disorder of lipid metabolism in the patients with adiposity. |
