阶段性健康教育对骨折患者康复护理的影响

摘    要:目的探讨阶段性健康教育对骨折患者康复护理效果。方法将60例骨折患者随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例采用常规护理,针对患者现有和潜在的健康问题给予健康指导;试验组30例除常规护理外,根据骨折患者个性心理特征和不同疾病阶段制定针对性强、目标明确的健康教育康复计划,并测评健康教育实施效果。结果试验组患者对健康教育知晓率明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),试验组患者满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论阶段性健康教育可强化骨折患者的遵医行为,建立良好的护患关系,达到提高患者对健康教育知晓率和患者满意度的目的,从而促进患者心理和肢体功能早日康复,预防并发症的发生。
