| Abstract: | A comparative study between the pathological diagnosis and the virus detection was performed inthe samples of 150 cases diagnosed condyloma acuminata(CA),using in situ hybridization method with theprobe labelled by digoxigenin-11-dUTP.In regard to the pathological diagnosis,40 cases of 56 CA and 12cases of 94 pseudocondyloma showed positive of human papilloma virus with in situ hybridization,The resultsindicate that not all patients of CA have typical clinical feature and morphological changes.We conclude thatthe technique of in situ hybridization is an important method in the diagnosis of CA. |
