| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外周血白细胞介素18(IL-18)和白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平与类风湿性关节炎(RA)的相关性.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSIA)检测32例健康体检者和30例RA患者的IL-17和IL-18的水平.结果 健康体检者、RA患者IL-17的水平分别为(7.06±3.15)ng/rag和(25.12±11.24)ng/mg,IL-18的水平分别为(25.13±9.41)ng/mg和(151.04+21.17)ng/mg,两组IL-17、IL-18比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 IL-17和IL-18可能与RA免疫炎症有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the interleukin-18 (IL-18) and interleukin-17(IL-17) levels in peripheral blood and rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods IL-18 and IL-17 levels were detected in 50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 32 heathy controls by using enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay Results The IL-17 levels are (7.06 + 3.15)ng/mg and (25.12±11.24) ng/mg.The IL-18 levels are (25.13±9.41)ng/mg and (151.04±21.17)ng/mg in two groups.There are significant differences in them for IL-17 and IL-18 levels.Conclusion The IL-17 and IL-18 levels in peripheral blood may he associated with rheumatoid arthritis. |
