行为干预措施在社区高血压防治中的作用

目的:探讨有效预防并控制高血压发生发展和减少并发症的措施。方法:连续三年对社区3621名40～70岁的居民进行高血压的筛查及行为干预管理。共筛查出427名高血压患者,随机被分成两组,行为干预组249人,行为未干预组178人。社区医生对干预组实施有效行为干预。结果:较之非干预组,(1)行为干预组对高血压行为认知(放松心情,运动,低盐,减肥,按医嘱服药)程度显著提高(P<0.05～<0.001);(2)血压控制率显著提高(P<0.01,分别为57.06%、88.75%);(3)心、脑血管并发症,肾脏损害发生率显著下降(P<0.001)。结论:在社区居民中实施行为干预可控制高血压的发生和发展、减少并发症。

Effect of community intervention on prevention and cure in patients with hypertension

Objective:To explore the effect of community intervention on prevention and cure in patients with hypertension.Methods:The 3 621 cases age 40~70 community residents were screened for hypertension in three years.A total of 427 patients with hypertension were screened,and randomly divided into two groups:Behavior intervention group(249 cases)and control group(no-intervention group,178 cases).Behavior intervention was performed by physician of community in behavior intervention group.Results:Compared with control group,the cognition for hypertension(slacked mood,exercise,low salt,weight reduction and taking drug according doctor order)significantly increased(P<0.05~<0.01),control rate of hypertension significantly increased(P<0.01),cardiovascular,cerebrovascular complication and kidney damage significantly decreased(P<0.001)in behavior intervention group.Conclusion:The behavior intervention can control occurrence,development of hypertension,and decrease its complications in community residents.
