酸枣仁汤治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

目的：比较酸枣仁汤和多塞平对广泛性焦虑症的疗效和副反应。方法：将66例广泛性焦虑症患者分为治疗组（酸枣仁汤组36例）和对照组（多塞平组30例），治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：酸枣仁汤组与多塞平组均有显著疗效，两组疗效差异无显著性。酸枣仁汤组不良反应明显较少。结论：中医用酸枣汤辨证治疗广泛性焦虑症安全、有效，不良反应少。

The control research about Sour Jujube soup in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)

Objective:To comparison the clinical effect and side reaction between in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:66 patients with GAD were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases were treated with Sour Jujube soup,the other as controls(treated with Doxepin).The efficacy and side reaction were measured with Hamilton Anxiety scale(HAMA) and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:The two groups have significant efficacy.There were no significant differences between two groups.The side effects of the Sour Jujube soup group was much fewer than the group.Conclusion: Sour Jujube soup based on differential diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,and the adverse reaction is less.
