乳腺良性结节灶的钼靶X线与彩超对比研究

目的　比较钼靶X线与彩超对乳腺良性结节灶的诊断价值,并分析二者联合应用的必要性。方法　将40例临床疑乳腺良性结节行钼靶X线及彩超检查,并与病理结果对照。结果　钼靶X线对乳腺良性结节的诊断正确率(95%)略高于彩超(925%)。二者对直径≤10cm的结节灶诊断均不甚理想。年龄偏大者应首选钼靶X线检查,年轻患者应首选彩超,CDFI对乳腺良性结节内血流探测也有帮助。结论　钼靶X线与彩超均为检测乳腺良性结节的理想方法,前者略优于后者,应依据患者情况首选不同的检查方法,必要时二者结合应用。

TheContrast Study of Breast Benign Nodules by Molybdenum Mammagraphy and Color Doppler Ultrasound

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of molybdenum mammagraphy and color Doppler ultrasound to the breast benign nodules and to study the necessity of their combined usage. Methods 40 clinically suspected breast benign nodules had been checked by molybdenum mammagraphy and color Doppler ultrasound,and compared with the pathological results. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of molybdenum mammagraphy (95%) is slightly higher than that of the color Doppler ultrasound (92.5%). They are both not very well in the diagnosis of the nodules smaller than 1.0cm. Raletively elder patients should be checked by molybdenum mammagraphy first,while the younger ones chose the color Doppler ulteasound at best in the beginning. CDFI is helpful to the supervising of blood flow in the breast benign nodules. Conclusion Molybdenum mammagraphy and color Doppler ultrasound are both the ideal methods in the diagnosis of breast benign nodules, the former is some better than the latter. One method should be chosed according to the patients and two methods may all be used if necessary. [
