| 摘 要： | ∶目的∶诊断慢性胎儿宫内窘迫。方法∶通过对２０８例孕妇作彩色多普勒检查,建立由８项参数组成的指标体系,用电子表格进行数据处理,并用贝叶斯条件概率定理的方法进行多因素分析。在回顾性及前瞻性验证中,计算机判断符合率均达９０％以上。结论∶该方法能有助于临床判断慢性胎儿宫内窘迫。

| Abstract: | Objective:To diagnose chronic fetal distress.Methods:Two hundred and eight pregnant women with multicolor Doppler ultrasound examination,was examined to establish an index system including 8 parameters,and the were processed data with electronic spreadsheet,and analyzed on multifactors with Bayes 's probability theorem.Results:The retrospective and premonitory of testing and verifying the coincident rate of making decision by computer was more than 90 per sent.Conclusions:This method could used to help clinical diagnosis of Chronic fetal distress. |
