评价ATB嗜血菌属药敏试验条用于流感嗜血菌药敏试验的可行性

目的评价ATB嗜血菌属药敏试验条用于流感嗜血菌药敏试验的可行性。方法收集4所医院分离的流感嗜血菌共96株,用ATB嗜血菌药敏试验条测定6种抗菌药物对96株流感嗜血菌的药敏情况,并用K-B法结果进行比较。结果两种方法对检测结果的符合率分别为:氨苄西林96.9%、头孢噻肟100.0%、氨苄西林/克拉维酸91.7%、复方新诺明92.7%、氯霉素94.8%和头孢呋辛97.9%。结论ATB嗜血菌药敏试验条可用于临床分离的嗜血菌属药敏试验。

Evaluating the Testing Methods of Antibiotics Susceptibility for Haemophilus influenzae with ATB H. influenzae Susceptibility Test Strip

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the ATB Haemophilus influenzae susceptibility test strip used to H.influenzae susceptibility test.METHODS A total of 96 isolates of H.influenzae were collected from the Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College (24 strains), the Provincial Children's Hospital of 30 strainsl, the first Affiliated Hospital (27 strains), and the 2nd Affiliated Hospital, Medical School of Zhejiang University (15 strains), respectively.Susceptibility test to ampicillin, ampicillin/clavulanic acid, trimethoprim/ sulfamethoxazole, chlorophenicol, cefuroxime and cefotaxime was performed using ATB H.influenzae susceptibility test strip and K-B method.RESULTS The coincidence rate of these two kinds of methods was 96% for ampicillin, 100% for cefotaxime, 91.7% for ampicillin/clavulanic acid, 92.7% for trimethoprim/ sulfamethoxazole,94.8%for chlorophenicol and 97.9%for cefuroxime, respectively.CONCLUSIONS ATB H.influenzae susceptibility test strip could be used for H.influenzae susceptibility test.
