布托啡诺在甲状腺手术中应用的可行性

目的:探讨布托啡诺用于甲状腺手术麻醉的有效性及安全性。方法:择期甲状腺手术患者136例,麻醉方式以局麻为主,随机分为布托啡诺组和对照组。布托啡诺组在切皮前30 min给予布托啡诺2 mg静脉注射,而对照组在切皮前30 min给予生理盐水2 mL静脉注射。通过下列指标评价临床效果:①VAS评分;②局麻药和芬太尼的用量;③Ramsay镇静评分;④患者对术中镇痛效果总体印象评分;⑤术中呼吸循环指标;⑥术后24 h内不良反应如恶心、呕吐,呼吸抑制的发生情况。结果:布托啡诺组术中血流动力学稳定,术中VAS评分较低,局麻药和芬太尼用量及加药次数显著减少,术后恶心、呕吐等不良反应少。结论:布托啡诺用于甲状腺手术可以提供满意的镇痛效果。

Clinical evaluation of butophanol for patients undergoing thyroidectomy

Objective: To assess the analgesia efficacy and safety of butophanol in patients undergoing thyoidectomy.Methods: One hundred and thirty six patients,scheduled for thyroidectomy were randomly divided into study group and control group.All patients were received local analgesia.Butophanol 2 ml(2 mg) in study group and 0.9% sodium chloride 2ml in control group were injected intravenously respectively 30 minutes before operation.The clinical effects were assessed by: ① VAS score;② and dose frequency of local analgesia drugs and fentanyl;③ Ramsay sedation scale;④ Patients' overall impression of treatment;⑤ Indexes of respiratory and circulation system;⑥Adverse effects such as nausea and vomiting to 24 h after operation.Results: Compared with control group,VAS score,dose and using frequency of analgesia drugs and fentanyl,adverse effects such as nausea and vomiting were decreased markedly,and the indexes of hemodynamics were kept stable in study group.Conclusion: Butophanol has enough analgesic efficacy for patients undergoing thyroidectomy.
