葛根素注射液治疗老年人急性缺血性脑梗死的研究

目的观察葛根素注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,予葛根素注射液500 mg静滴,1次/d,14 d为1个疗程。对照组40例,予丹参注射液20 mL静滴,1次/d,连用14 d。于治疗前后对2组神经功能缺损、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、头颅CT值、血液流变学及生活能力等进行评定。结果治疗组治疗后上述指标皆有明显改善。2组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

Study of puerarin injection on acute ischemic brain infarction in the aged

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of puerarin injection on brain infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute brain infarction were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases were in treatment group and treated with puerarin injection 500 mg intravenous drip once a day.The other 40 cases were in control group and treated with injection salviae miltiorrhiza 20 mL intravenous drip once a day.The courses of treatment in the two groups were both 14 days.The neurologic impairment,transcranial Doppler sonography,head CT value,hemorheology and viability in the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The aforesaid indexes in treatment group all had obvious improvement.There was significant difference on total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Puerarin injection has significant curative effect on acute brain infarction.
