| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨马齿苋水煎剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、胃动素（MTL）的影响。方法：一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素并给予高脂高糖不规则饮食喂养8周制备糖尿病胃轻瘫模型；分别予马齿苋水煎剂大、中、小剂量干预，并设吗丁啉对照组。给药8周，检测血清HbA1C、血浆MTL含量。结果：马齿苋水煎剂能降低糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠血清HbA1C、血浆MTL的含量，且有剂量依存性。结论：马齿苋水煎剂具有治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃动力减慢的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of portulaca oleracea decoction on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),motilin (MTL) in rats of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: The rats were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin for one time and high-fat and high-sugar diet irregularly for 8 weeks to establish diabetic gastroparesis model.
