| Abstract: | The function of the Medical Malpractice Act is to punish the involved health institutions and persons responsible for medical malpractice and to compensate the patients.This artical showed readers 4 year's application of Medical Malpractice Act in hospital,especially the scope of medical malpractice and the situation of administrative punishment. |
