| 摘 要： | 目的单用阿德福韦酯（Adefovirdipivoxil，ADV）与联合干扰素α-2b（IFN-α-2b）治疗慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）疗效动态观察，提高好转率和治愈率，改善患者长期预后，减少肝硬化和肝细胞肝癌（HCC）的发生率。方法100例CHB患者随机等分为A、B两组，A组采用ADV和IFN—α-2b联合治疗方案；B组单用ADV治疗，疗程均为12个月。结果阿德福韦醋和IFN—α-2b联合治疗与单用阿德福韦酯的疗效相近。治后一年半复查，未发现肝硬化、肝癌。结论阿德福韦酯联合干扰素α-2b治疗慢性乙型肝炎在观察例数较少的情况下与单用阿德福韦酯疗效相近，其临床意义尚需进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of adefovirdipivoxil（ADV） and interferon α-2b（IFN-α-2b） for chronic hepatitis B（CHB） patients. Methods 100 CHB patients were randomly put into two groups： Group A（ADV with IFN-α-2b） and Group B（ADV only）. All patients were treated for 12 months. Results The efficacy of single ADV and together with IFN-α-2b was similar. No hepatic cirrhosis or liver cancer was found one year and a half after treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of ADV with IFN-α-2b is similar to that of single ADV for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Further study is need to investigate the clinical value. |
