新生儿黄疸程度评估及临床意义

目的：探讨新生儿黄疸程度评估方法，早期预测高胆红素血症的发生。方法：对195年新生儿黄疸应用肉眼目则法，经皮胆红素仪检测法，血清胆红素测定进行对比研究三者的关系。结果：三种方法在评估新生儿黄疸程度关系密切，组间比较差异均有高度显著性（P＜0．001），优缺点各异，可作为新生儿黄疸的综合评估手段，结论：目测方法简便，全身皮皮肤黄疸即达高胆红素血症水平，经皮胆红素测试无创新，易操作，指数27确定主胆红素血症标准，静脉采血准确，并可了解直接胆红素水平，但反复操作，不易接受。

Judgement of Neonatal Jaundice Degree and Clinical Significance

Objective To explore the method for assessment of neonatal jaundice degree and predict happen of heperbilirubinemia early.Methods 195 cases of neonatal jaundice were observed with one's own eyes,transcutaneous bilirubinmetry examination and determining serum bilirubin.Their relationship was compared.Results There were significantly difference among groups.Three methosd of judgement of neonatal jaundice degree were closely related,they have both merits and demerits as adoptable jaudgement of neonatal jaundice degree.Conclusions See with one's own eyes is simple in all methods,total skin jaundice indicated the body come up to degree of hyperlilirubinemia.Transcutaneous bilirubin is a non-invasive and easily manipulation.Its index is equal 27 and come up to degree of hyperbilirubinemia.Venous puncture serum bilirubin is accurate and may observe the serum direct reaction bilirubin,but need repeatetedly manipulation,so that children and parents being not easily received.
