成人大骨节病手骨X线影像类型

目的：描述成人大骨节病手骨X线影像的类型特征。方法：在历史重病区尚志市亚布力镇，庆阳镇拍照成人右手X线片83张，在对照点双城市一家子镇以相同条件拍照81张，两相比较确认了成年病人手骨X线影像特征，做了简要的统计分析。结果：取得83例中，阳性例数65例占78．3％，其中短指畸形者17例占20．5％，关节明显变形者21例占25．3％，仅有轻度改变者27例占32．5％，对照占81例中仅有31例轻度改变者检出，占38．3％，病区成人大骨节病捭骨X线影像特征明确，容易识别。结论：病区广大，成人商例众多，迫切需要查清病人数，病情严重程度，开展积极的以防治为基础的二级预防。

The profiles of X-ray images in adult Kashin-Beck Disease

Objective To describe the character of X-ray images in adult Kashin-Beck Disease(KBD) cases.Methods In a KBD cereal endemic point a total of 83 adults were tested with X-ray on their right hand as the observation sample and a total of 81 adults were also tested with X-ray in a non-endemic local as the control sample and by the comparison between these two groups to confirm in porfiles of KBD X-ray images in adult cases.Results Of all the 83 adults in endemic point 65 were diagnosed as KBD cases,the positive rate is 78.3%,and in which cases having of short finges is in number of 17(20.5%),cases having of deform in joints is 21(25.3%),cases having minor changes is 27(32.5%) and nomal adults is 18(21.7%) in total.In control point 31 positive cases were found from 81 tested adult men,the rate is 38.3%,but all of the positive cases have only some minor changes on their hand.Conclusions The KBD endemic area in our country is vary vast and the number of adult KBD cases is vary large,therefore it is certainly a emergent task to find out the concrete number of KBD cases in all country and to promote the second degree preventive measure for KBD.
