摘    要:目的:研究祛瘀宁痛贴的主要药效学。方法:采用小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀、二甲苯性毛细血管通透性增加,大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和琼脂性肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症模型,观察本品抗炎作用;采用电刺激致小鼠尖叫和温水浴致大鼠甩尾模型,研究其镇痛作用。结果:祛瘀宁痛贴可明显抑制小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀、降低二甲苯性毛细血管通透性增加,显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和琼脂性肉芽组织增生;明显延长电刺激致小鼠尖叫和温水浴致大鼠甩尾反应的潜伏期。结论:祛瘀宁痛贴有明显的抗炎及镇痛作用。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of the present study was to investigate the main pharmacodynamics of Quyuningtong paster (QYNTP).Methods:Animal models of acute and chronic inflammations were made to observe the anti-inflammations action of QYNTP.The inflammations of ear edema was induced by croton oil,of capillary permeability increase was induced by xylene in mice and the inflammations of hind paw edema was induced by carragenan,of granuloma was induced by agar in rats.Animal models of pains were adopted to study the analgesic action of QYNTP.The pains reaction of squeak was induced by electrical stimulation in mice and of tail flicking was induced by warm water in rats.Results:QYNTP had significantly effects of inhibiting the ear edema and depressing the increase of capillary permeability in mice.It also had the effects of relieving the hind paw edema and inhibiting the granuloma in rats.Moreover,it remarkably prolonged the latent period of the pain reactions in mice and rats.Conclusion:QYNTP has both anti-inflammation had analgesic effects obviously.
