| 摘 要： | 目的分析中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(PNSH)的影像特点。方法对21例PNSH患者的临床表现、CT、MR、CT血管造影检查(CTA)、数字减影血管造影术(DSA)等资料进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者CT检查均为高密度,符合PNSH标准,其中8例行MR检查,15例行CTA,21例行全脑DSA,均未发现动脉瘤。住院治疗5～14 d,全部痊愈出院,随访6～24个月,无并发症发生。结论CTA具有准确、无创、安全、迅速等特点,可代替DSA确诊PNSH。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the imaging characters of perimenseneephalie nonaneurysm subaraehnoid hemorrhage（PNSH）. Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data, CT, MR,computed tomography angiography （CTA） and digital subtraction angiography （DSA） of 21 patients suffered PNSH. Results High density lesions were found by CT scan in all of the 21 patients, which consistent with the diagnostic standard of PNSH. 8 patients received MR examination, 15 patients did CTA and all of the 21 patients did DSA and no aneurysm was found. Patients with course of disease about 5 - 14 days and followed up for 6 - 24 months, no complication was reported. Conclusion Considered the advantage of accurate, noninvasive, safe and timesaving, CTA may instead of DSA for diagnose of PNSH. |
